- {Huntington, West Virginia}...Rocky Burgess and Tisha Billups were arrested Monday after police say they robbed the Go-Mart on 29th Street in Huntington. Cabell County Deputies say as the clerk opened the cash drawer, Burgess and Billups pushed the clerk away and stole the money. They were located at the Huntington Inn, where police found the stolen money. Burgess is charged with armed robbery, and Billups is charged with accessory before and after the fact.
