Tomblin Announces Applications For Putnam County Judge

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Governor Earl Ray Tomblin announced Monday that the Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission will start receiving applications for the vacant Circuit Court Judge seat in the Twenty-Ninth Judicial Circuit that serves Putnam County. The seat became open after the retirement of The Honorable Judge O.C. Spaulding, who stepped down in December 2011. Deadline for applications has been set for Wednesday, February 15th, and deadline for letters of recommendation is a week later on Wednesday, February 22nd. Interviews will be held on Monday, March 5th.
