Charleston Man Released On Probation

{Charleston, West Virginia}...In May 2010, a jury convicted 21 year old James Usher of Charleston of child abuse after he used duct tape to bind the feet, wrists and mouth of an infant. Monday, Kanawha County Circuit Judge Charles E. King approved Usher's release on probation after he underwent a rehabilitation program for youthful offenders at the Anthony Correctional Center and completed his graduate equivalency degree with honors.
