Beckley Man Arrested

{Fayette, West Virginia}...Mark Anthony Gilliam, 38, of Beckley, was pulled over Saturday morning in Fayette County and was arrested after Deputy N.D. Hall says he noticed Gilliam trying to eat several of the pills in his vehicle. A search of his vehicle resulted in the recovery of nearly 2,000 prescription drugs including Oxycodone, Methadone, Xanax and Diazapam, estimated to have a street value of approximately $16,500. Police say Gilliam told them he had broken into various pharmacies in Raleigh County...the Crab Orchard Pharmacy on January 6th and Eppy's Drug Store and Colony Drug Store in Beckley on January 11th.
