Two Arrested In Lincoln County

{Hamlin, West Virginia}...West Virginia State Police in Hamlin have arrested 21 year old Justin Johnson and 22 year old Samuel Brumfield and charged them with felony burglary, grand larceny, destruction of property and conspiracy. Troopers say Johnson and Brumfield stole $11,000 worth of copper from Frontier Communications in the Branchland area over the period of about a week. Troopers found the stolen copper wire in the trunk of one of their cars. Bail was set at $60,000 for each man.
