{Charleston, West Virginia}...U.S. Senator Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., plans to file candidacy papers Wednesday to seek a full six-year Senate term after winning Senator Robert C. Byrd's former seat in November 2011, filling Byrd's unexpired term. Republican John Raese, whom Manchin defeated during last year's special election, has already filed to run for the seat.
