Buckhannon Woman Arrested

{Buckhannon, West Virginia}...Harrison County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 33 year old Rachel Helsley of Buckhannon Friday on two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor for allegedly soliciting two juveniles to commit battery on another student at Buckhannon-Upshur High School.
