Man Pleads Guilty To Copper Theft

  • {Charleston, West Virginia}...Robert S. Foster, 41, of Charleston has pleaded guilty to two counts of petit larceny in connection to the thefts of copper rain gutters taken from homes on Edgewood Drive and Kanawha Avenue and the and St. Agnes Catholic Church last July. Foster admitted he helped his friend Ronald Taylor load gutters into a pickup truck and take them to a recycling center. A Kanawha Grand Jury indicted Ronald Taylor, 44, his brother Jeffrey Taylor, 42, of Charleston, and Foster. Prosecutors dismissed the charges against Jeffrey Taylor Monday. Ronald Taylor pleaded guilty last month.
