Fatal Accident In Kanawha County

{Pinch, West Virginia}...Kanawha County Deputies say Matthew A. Mullins, 35, of Elkview, was headed north on Indian Creek Road in Pinch late Wednesday night when he lost control of his vehicle, went off the right edge of the road and hit a utility pole. Mullins, who apparently was not wearing a seatbelt, was killed in the crash. Michael Richard, 28, a male passenger who was wearing a seatbelt, refused medical treatment at the scene.
