- {St. Albans, West Virginia}... Police arrested Zachary L. Fisher, 23, and Robert B. Rader III, 22, of Dunbar, Tuesday morning in connection with the January 2nd robbery at the One Stop convenience store after they turned themselves in to police in St. Albans. Police say Fisher admitted to driving the car and Rader admitted to the robbery.
