Bond Denied For Accused Murderer

• {Morgantown, West Virginia}...Monongalia County Circuit Judge Phillip Gaujot denied bond Wednesday for Larry Mitchell, 54, of Shinnston, who faces murder charges in the shooting death of his estranged daughter-in-law, 29 year old Shannon Stafford, on April 21st in the parking lot of the Hornbeck Road Walmart in Morgantown.  Police say the shooting came in the midst of a custody battle between Stafford and her estranged husband, 28 year old Nathan Mitchell.
