{Charleston, West Virginia}...Charleston Police are investigating after the body of a black man, probably in his 20s, was found about 9:00 A.M. Saturday near Magic Island. Police say it appears the man fell from the Interstate 64 bridge and landed on the ground, north of Kanawha Boulevard. No foul play is suspected.
