{Charleston, West Virginia}...Brian Kyle Busby, 41, of Dunbar, has been sentenced to two to 10 years in prison after he entered a Kennedy-Frazier plea to two of the 12 counts on which he was indicted. He had been charged with sexual abuse, sexual assault and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian for sexually assaulting two young family friends several years ago. Public defender Richard Holicker asked for home confinement or probation for Busby, but Kanawha Circuit Judge Duke Bloom denied the request. Busby will have to register for life as a sexual offender. He will also be under court supervision for an additional 25 years after his prison release.
