- {West Virginia}...Randolph County Sheriff's Deputies say Harry Jacob, 85, of Dry Fork, was traveling westbound on Route 33 near Harmon Thursday when he drove left of center and struck a rock embankment. The vehicle landed on the passenger side. Jacob was declared dead at the scene. Randolph County Sheriff's Deputies believe medical issues may have contributed to the accident.
