{Morgantown, West Virginia}...Wednesday, Mylan Inc. announced that Heather Bresch, the daughter of Senator Joe Manchin and currently the company’s president, will succeed Robert Coury as CEO, effective January 1st. Coury, who has served as Mylan CEO for the past decade, will become executive chairman of the board. Current COO Rajiv Malik will take Bresch’s place as president. The announcement came as the company reported a positive third quarter, in which profits rose to $156.7 million, 36 cents per share, up from $108.4 million, or 33 cents, year over year.
