{West Virginia}...Mercer County Deputies arrested LeeAnn O'Quinn and her husband, John O'Quinn, after the couple was caught burglarizing a home on Red Oak Ridge Road in Bluewell around 1:00 P.M. Wednesday. Investigators say LeeAnn O'Quinn was stealing cigarettes when the homeowner caught her and held her at gunpoint while he called police. Deputies say she took the gun away and tried to make a run for it. She and her husband, who was waiting outside in a truck, were both arrested on the scene. LeeAnn O'Quinn is charged with daytime burglary, assault during the commission of a felony and petit larceny for allegedly stealing the shot gun. John O'Quinn was charged with conspiracy to commit burglary. Police say they also discovered a fugitive warrant in Tazewell County for John O'Quinn.
