{West Virginia}...Charleston Police are investigating after the body of 44 year old James Vance of Charleston was found dead along railroad tracks near the intersection of Morris Street and Piedmont Road at about 1:00 P.M. Monday on Charleston ’s East End . Police believe Vance died from a drug overdose.
