- {West Virginia}...Thursday, U.S. District Judge Irene Berger in Beckley sentenced 64-year-old Ron R. Legg to a year in prison, fined him $3,000 and ordered him to register as a sex offender. Legg pleaded guilty to abusive sexual contact in May after being accused of having sexual contact with a female inmate at the Federal Prison Camp at Alderson in January while he worked as a testing administrator at the prison.
