- {West Virginia}...Sherman Gordon, a fugitive from Texas, was arrested Friday and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and being a felon in possession of a firearm after Huntington Police, along with the Drug Enforcement Agency Task Force, executed a search warrant at an apartment at Northcott Court in Huntington and found four pounds of marijuana and a gun.
