Indictment In Alleged Tomblin Extortion

{West Virginia}...Harry Marshall Rae of Hernando, Florida was indicted Wednesday after allegedly sending an email to the office of Earl Ray Tomblin threatening him with videos, which relate to the greyhound racing business, in an attempt to extort money from Tomblin before last week’s special election for governor. Rae allegedly threatened to release videos related to greyhound breeding to media outlets, ESPN, and Bill Maloney, Tomblin’s opponent in the October 4th special election for governor. Rae was arrested September 29th in California.
