- {St. Albans, West Virginia}...Timothy Hudson, 47, of St. Albans was charged Wednesday with daytime burglary. Police say Hudson admitted that, while doing handyman work, he entered two St. Albans homes, knowing the owners were gone, and stole several types of jewelry and silver. Several items were recovered at local pawn shops.
