{West Virginia}...Anthony Caudill, 21, of Huntington, was sentenced Tuesday during a hearing in U.S. District Court in Huntington to 37 months in prison for distribution of heroin. Prosecutors say Caudill admitted that on November 9, 2010, he sold 27.9 grams of heroin to an undercover law enforcement officer at the Smokin’ Aces store in Huntington. Drew Paugh, 27, of Lesage was sentenced to 57 months in prison after pleading guilty in June to illegal possession of a firearm by a drug addict and distribution of Oxycodone. Paugh admitted to participating in 20 more drug sales at the Smokin' Aces store between May and September of 2010.
