St. Albans Man Pleads Guilty To Kidnapping Conspiracy

{West Virginia}...Deshawne Taylor, 20, of St. Albans, one of the two men accused in the April 2010 murder of Greg Poole, pleaded guilty Thursday to conspiracy to kidnap Poole.  Poole was found dead about a mile from his home in North Charleston. Taylor was sentenced to one to five years for the conspiracy charge. Kanawha County Assistant Prosecutor Erica Lord says the state planned to use Taylor as a witness in the trial of Garland Murray, the second man accused of Poole’s murder.
