{West Virginia}...West Virginia State Police from Hamlin and Logan arrested 71 year old Luther Manns in Harts Thursday night on charges of being a felon possessing a firearm, possessing drugs with intent to deliver, possession of stolen property, conspiracy to deliver and providing false information to State Police. State Police say, when they searched his property, they found a stolen firearm and nearly $9,000 in prescription drugs.
