{West Virginia}...James Edward Lucas Jr., 48, of Daniels, has been charged with a felony charge of DUI causing death, DUI causing aggravated injury and aggravated DUI. Raleigh County Deputies say Lucas was heading north on U.S. 19 in Daniels at about 8:15 P.M. Monday when his pickup truck apparently crossed the center line and slammed head-on into a vehicle driven by 47 year old Carole Lynn Warren. The truck then spun around and hit a vehicle driven by 33 year old Joshua Bailey. Warren was killed in the collision, while Bailey was taken to Raleigh General Hospital, and Lucas was taken to Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital.
