{West Virginia}...A Putnam County jury has convicted Tracy Wright of Hurricane of murder and child neglect resulting in death in connection with her 3 year old daughter's death. Wright's daughter Ashley, who had cystic fibrosis, died last December. Prosecutors say Wright did not take the young girl to doctor's appointments or give her prescribed medicines. The judge granted Wright mercy, making her eligible for parole in 15 years.
