{West Virginia}...St. Albans Police arrested Michael Carmean, 35, of Charleston, about 4:30 A.M. Saturday after police say he and a woman were caught stealing several items from an El Rancho Inn motel room while they had the woman's six-year-old child present. When police asked why they were loading items, incliding a mattress, box spring, mirror, microwave oven, mini-refrigerator, bed sheets, pillows and a comforter, into a truck, the woman told them she and Carmean were moving. The manager of the motel was awakened and confirmed the items were taken from one of the rooms. Carmean is charged with grand larceny, and the woman will be arrested later.
