{Cross Lanes, West Virginia}...Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies have charged 30 year old Joshua McClain from Cross Lanes with wanton endangerment. Deputies went to his residence at the Dalewood Mobile Home Park after receiving a call that shots had been fired there about 11:00 P.M. Saturday night. Deputies took a handgun from the home, and when they searched the area, they found nine empty shell casings near the trailer that matched the gun. McClain had a prior felony conviction in Florida which prohibits him from owning any kind of firearm.
