{Huntington, West Virginia}...Kawan Wells, 23, of Huntington was arrested Sunday evening and charged with first degree murder after police say he fatally shot Dekeil Lockhart in the chest around 3:30 A.M. Sunday morning at the Last Chance Bar and Grille on Route 60 in Huntington. Monday afternoon, Cabell County Prosecutors dropped the charges against Wells due to a lack of evidence, but he will remain jail on an outstanding warrant out of Logan County. DeAndrew Fizer III was also shot in the leg, but is recovering in a local hospital. A third victim, former Huntington Police Officer 31 year old Jammal Goodman, who resigned in May, was located at a hospital in Tennessee.
