Man Arrested At Fairfield Inn

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Charleston Police arrested 35 year old Robert Floyd Hill at the Fairfield Inn on Charleston's East End and charged him with possession of drugs and operating a meth lab after the hotel called police because of a strange odor. Police tracked the odor to the third floor where no one was supposed to be staying because all the rooms on that floor were closed due to maintenance. Police say Hill had drugs and the materials to make meth. Hill is currently on probation for a meth charge from 2010 and he was picked up twice in 2011 for allegedly having shake and bake meth.
