Zachary Matasich, 21, of Proctorville, Ohio, was arrested in Knoxville, Tennessee around 10:30 P.M. Saturday night and charged in the assault and robbery of 27 year old Timothy Ferguson of Huntington. Ferguson was found beaten in his apartment in the Prichard Building Friday. He remains in Cabell Huntington Hospital in critical but stable condition. Matasich will be extradited back to West Virginia in the next several weeks.
