{Hurricane, West Virginia}...David Brian Martin, 42, James William Ruby, 32, and Stephanie Regina Holton, 36, were taken into custody after West Virginia State Police went to a home on Virginia Avenue in Hurricane Saturday and found a meth lab. Troopers found drug paraphernalia and meth making materials throughout the home. The suspects are facing charges that include conspiracy, operating a drug lab and exposure of children to meth. Inside the home was a 15 year old girl and a 17 year old boy. Martin, Ruby and Holton were each placed on a $100,000 bond.
