Couple Charged With Daytime Burglary

{Belle, West Virginia}...Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies have charged Kevin Hancock and his wife, Erika, with daytime burglary after they allegedly stole a set of wedding rings from a home in Belle. The rings belonged to Beth Tomczak and her late husband Staff Sgt. Zachary Tomzcak, who died in Iraq in 2007. Deputies say Tomczak recently moved to North Carolina to work, and her mom was holding onto her jewelry for her at her home in Belle when Hancock and his wife broke into the home in mid-December, stealing jewelry and food. Deputies say they were able to track down the rings at Kanawha Valley Fine Jewelry and Loan where they had been pawned. Hancock is scheduled to be in court on January 13th. Hancock is Beth Tomzcak's cousin.
