Hospital Workers Suspended

{Huntington, West Virginia}...Two workers at Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital, a state-run psychiatric hospital in Huntington, have been suspended following the death of a patient. The Department of Health and Human Resources says a 29 year old male forensic patient at Mildred Mitchell-Bateman died at a local hospital on December 28th. The next day, hospital officials contacted police after they reviewed security tapes. Generally, a forensic patient is someone found unfit to stand trial by a court or found not guilty by reason of insanity. The body was sent to the state medical examiner for an autopsy.
