Man Charged With Failure To Register

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Charleston Police have charged Gabriel Hargus with four felony counts of failure to register as a sex offender. Troopers say, almost two weeks ago, Hargus came into the South Charleston detachment to register as a sex offender. They say he gave troopers the wrong birthday and failed to provide his alias as Ethan Stone. Hargus also failed to tell troopers he had internet at his residence and had access to live in his girlfriend's vehicle.
