Lincoln County Robberies Sent To Grand Jury

{Hamlin, West Virginia}...The case against Morgan Mullins has been sent  to the grand jury after a detective testified Monday that she confessed to robbing a bank in West Hamlin in Lincoln County. Police say, while dressed as a clown, she also broke into the Teays Valley Center nursing home in Hurricane, where she worked, held two nurses at gunpoint and demanded pills. Investigators say she later ditched the mask, along with a medication log book, in the Ohio River in Huntington. Detectives say Mullins told them in both robberies she had a gun, but it wasn't loaded.
