{Nitro, West Virginia}...Deangelo Cann has been charged with four felony counts of West Virginia table games violations. Police say Cann was gambling at Mardi Gras Casino and Resort in Nitro when he removed his $50 wager without the dealer noticing and continued to play craps, becoming the die thrower three times and winning $200 before getting caught.
