{Sissonville, West Virginia}...April Marie Starcher, 28, of Ripley, was killed Thursday afternoon when she lost control of her car on Interstate 77 near Sissonville, went through the median and slammed head-on into a Fed Ex double tractor trailer driven by 57 year old Michael Davis of Columbiana, Ohio. Davis was taken to Charleston Area Medical Center General Hospital after being cut out of the wreckage. Friday, June 1, 2012
