Search For Missing Plane Continues

{West Virginia}...The search continues in West Virginia for an aircraft that has been missing since Sunday evening. The Civil Air Patrol released new information Tuesday, saying that the pilot, Michael Garrone of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and two other people were on the plane, a Piper PA-32 Saratoga. The flight originated in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and had stopped at the Danville Airport to drop off the pilot's wife before heading to Pennsylvania. The small plane was in radio and radar contact with Washington Center at around 8:45 P.M. Sunday evening. The plane's last known location was just about 12 miles southeast of Grant County Airport located in Petersburg, West Virginia. Civil Air Patrol wings from Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, and more than 100 people, along with the local fire department, and family and friends of those missing are assisting in the search effort.
