{Charleston, West Virginia}...A trial is set for December 3rd for 38 year old John Edward Hudson of Ashford, in Boone County. Hudson has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and grand larceny in the death of 39 year old Michelle Lynn Gillispie, who was found dead January 30th in her Winifrede Hollow home. Police say she died of a single gunshot wound to the head. Hudson was driving Gillispie's vehicle following the crime and turned himself in to police. Authorities say he confessed to the murder.
