{Huntington, West Virginia}...West Virginia State Police responded to the scene of a shooting at a gas station on Waverly Road in Huntington just before midnight Saturday. Twenty-five year old Andrew Burgess was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. Police say Burgess 40 year old Thomas Epperly of Huntington in the chest three times during an altercation, and Epperly died while being transported to an area hospital. Burgess is set to appear in a Wayne County courtroom Monday.
