{Huntington, West Virginia}...Stephen Reed pleaded guilty Tuesday in Cabell County Court to a grand larceny charge and an animal cruelty charge. Police say, on October 25, 2011, Reed stole a truck from Culloden with Kenny the beagle inside. Reed was sentenced to one to 10 years for the felony charge and six months in jail on the misdemeanor charge. The sentences will be served concurrently.
