{Charleston, West Virginia}...Charleston Police are investigating after 36 year old John Allen Rogers Jr. of Charleston, was found dead on the railroad tracks near the corner of Wyoming and Madison Streets on the West Side around 8:00 A.M. Saturday morning. Rogers had been shot multiple times. Investigators say Rogers may have previously lived in Rand but was currently staying in Charleston near relatives.
