{Charleston, West Virginia}...Members of the Kanawha County Republican Executive Committee met Saturday morning and chose John Jarman to be on November's general ballot as a candidate for magistrate. Jarman was on the Kanawha County primary ballot as a candidate for assessor. Jarman is a replacement for former magistrate Carol Fouty who resigned as part of a settlement with the state Judicial Investigation Commission. Jarman is the current publisher of Town and Country Publications and is a former Baltimore police officer.
