{Charleston, West Virginia}...Charleston Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred about 10:00 P.M. Friday night during a possible robbery. Police say 38 year old Adam Otey was taken to CAMC General Hospital where he is listed in serious but stable condition after a jogger found him lying on his back on the lower level of the Kanawha River walkway near Morris Street. Otey had been stabbed in his neck.
