{Charleston, West Virginia}...Stacey McCormick, 30, was in court Monday for her preliminary hearing on a first-degree murder charge after being accused of killing her boyfriend, David Snyder. Police say McCormick stabbed Snyder in the chest at an apartment along Washington Street West in Charleston earlier this month.
