Raleigh County Man Convicted

{Beckley, West Virginia}...A federal jury in Beckley has convicted 31 year old Timothy Taylor of the October 2011 burglary of  the Fairdale Post Office. Prosecutors say Taylor and co-defendant, Benjamin Webb, used a sledgehammer to smash a glass door to enter the post office, where they stole nine packages of bath salts addressed to Webb. Webb pleaded guilty in May. Both men face up to five years in prison and $250,000 fines. Taylor's sentencing is set for January 10th. Webb is scheduled to be sentenced August 30th.
