{Summersville, West Virginia}...The murder trial of 54 year old Gary Rollins of Nettie is scheduled to continue Monday in Nicholas County Circuit Court. The body of his wife, 54 year old Teresa Rollins, was found in a farm pond in Nettie in October 2009, and her death was ruled accidental because investigators believed a tree fell and pinned her underwater, causing her to drown. Gary Rollins was charged with murder two years later after Pennsylvania Coroner Dr. Cyril Wecht took a closer look at the case and determined someone had held Teresa under the water. Rollins was lodged in the Central Regional Jail in March 2012 on a first degree murder charge and has been held without bond. Prosecutors rested their case in Summersville last week. They claim Rollins killed his wife because he had a new girlfriend and was looking to collect insurance money.
