{Wayne, West Virginia}...The city of Wayne will soon have a new mayor after Dwayne Stiltner, who was elected last summer, resigned Tuesday afternoon. Stiltner has been on a leave of absence since his teenage daughter, Kristen, was killed in a car accident in May. Stiltner says the city needs a leader, and he just can't do that right now. Council members will meet Friday at 6:00 P.M. to select a replacement to serve out the remainder of Stiltner’s term which ends next June.
