{Charleston, West Virginia}...Dean Kinder of Belle appeared in Kanawha County Court Monday, where he pleaded guilty to a single count of incest, admitting he engaged in a sex act with a relative. Prosecutors say the girl was between 6 and 8 years old at the time. Kinder is being held without bond and faces 15 years in prison sentenced in October.
